OUR PRICING PHILOSOPHY

Transparency! Hiring a consultant can be intimidating. Is your project budget realistic? How much should you plan to spend? My fees are set forth below so you know what to expect before we even connect.

Board and/or staff development work

• Half-day curriculum driven board or staff workshop - $5,000.00

• Full-day curriculum driven board or staff workshop - $7,500.00

• Staff or Board Retreats - price to be determined in consultation with the client

Non-profit checkup

• Start-up/launch non-profit (full-day) - $5,000.00

• Established non-profit (half-day) - $2,500.00

Longer term, project-based consulting

• $175.00/hr.

• travel time is billed to the client at $75.00/hr

In all cases, in addition to the fees above, the following costs will be borne by the client:

• all reasonable travel expenses, to include coach class air transportation, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and parking. These costs will be established using the GSA's per diem guidelines for the current year.

• mileage for use of personal vehicle, based on GSA's mileage allowance for the current year. In 2020, the rate is $0.575/mile.
